The St Thomas' Art & Craft Show presents a two day feast for families, including children of all ages, as well as adults who enjoy quality market shopping, entertainment and gastronomy.
Kids amusement rides
Let's face it, for our kids - it's all about the RIDES! We have a fabulous range of rides in store that will keep the kids thrilled and entertained all weekend long. Super slides, horizontal bungee, pirate ships, laser skirmish and a family favourite - the teacups!
Art, Craft and Jewellery
Craft stalls will fill the school hall offering leather handbags, cute and quirky t-shirts, stitched curious, candles, home decorations, canvas art, backpacks, and much more. The show will also feature a large number of local jewellery designers, offering a range of bold and beautiful designs including fine, antique, art deco and contemporary designs. Buy a gift for yourself or get some early christmas shopping done!
Face Painting
Always a show favourite, particularly with the kids. You will find our team of face painters underneath the shady trees of the forest.
Music and Entertainment
On centre stage, in the front playground you will be treated to an array of great performances from within St Thomas' and other organisations in our community. The program includes the St Thomas' school band and choir, plus big acts including Joel Leggett and Zoe K as well as a stellar line up of talented performers from Canary Studios and Hawaiian Dancers. Grab a snack, find a seat and sit back and enjoy the show.
Stalls
Horsely Avenue will be turned into a market bazaar with a range of enticing stalls for adults and kids alike! Don't miss out on the bargain showbags for the kids, pre-loved books, DVDs & games at bargain prices. Our Tombola stall is a favourite first stop for kids in the know! Offering a huge range of bargain priced toys for kids of all ages. The Big Spin will return by popular demand and Home Baked Goods stall will feature a range of home baked treats. And not to be missed is our show bag stall - it's always a sell out!
Food
Food delights for the whole family are available all weekend. Leave your kitchen behind and enjoy a gourmet café breakfast, lunch and snacks, and then take home some a selection of decadent food. Our home baked goods stall offers a fabulous range of freshly baked treats all weekend, baked by our St Thomas' families. Our BBQ will be sizzling all day - although come early, as this is a popular show favourite.
